Withdrawal

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal (Returns).
The deadline for making such a return is 14 days after the purchase, provided that the product is in perfect condition and with the packaging in which it was acquired.

We will inform you how to proceed with the return if you contact us by phone; this will be done automatically through your control panel.

Withdrawal Policy
If you withdraw, we will refund the full amount of the product minus the shipping costs (see point 6). The customer will also bear the return costs, either by sending their own transport service or requesting collection with our transport company, GLS, at a cost of €4.95 (VAT included)*.

This collection cost with GLS has an exception for bulky products (such as EVA foam or TNT), whose cost will be €7.95 for the first unit, €11.90 for two units, and €5.95 for each additional unit from the third onwards.

For this, we will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise.

• To proceed with the delivery of devices or goods, please consider the following:

The equipment must be returned in perfect condition, including all its accessories.

The customer shall indemnify Mercería Robles for any eventual damage to any of the components previously inventoried by Mercería Robles and received by the customer.

In the event of serious damage such as: missing or broken packaging or seals, cuts in material (threads, ribbons, velcro...), dyed products or others, Mercería Robles reserves the right not to accept such return.

The customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When you make the shipment, include a copy of the invoice inside the package. You may also present it in person together with the product at our physical store.

In the event of a return, if shipping was free because the purchase amount was €100 or more, said shipping cost (€4.95 for standard shipping or €7.50 for express shipping, except for large products) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For orders purchased outside the Iberian Peninsula (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries):

1. Scope of application

This clause applies to all orders whose shipping destination is outside the Iberian Peninsula, including, by way of example, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and any foreign country.

2. Initial shipping costs

The shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase shall not be refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return.

3. Return costs

The customer fully assumes the costs derived from the return of the product. If the return is managed through our means, the amount will be exactly the same as the customer paid for shipping costs in their original order. However, the customer has the option to make the shipment by their own means, in which case no additional return cost will be applied by us.

4. Product refund

Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified the correct condition of the product in accordance with the conditions established in points 1 to 5 of this withdrawal policy, we will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the product.

The refund will be made once the return has been received and verified, with no fixed deadline in calendar days, but will be executed after verification by our team.
